1.2 Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, access to necessary platforms/accounts, and timely feedback for successful execution of services.
Any delay in providing required materials may affect timelines and deliverables.
1.3 Payment Terms
Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule (upfront, milestone-based, or monthly retainer).
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
1.4 Performance & Results Disclaimer
While we use proven strategies and industry best practices, results (such as leads, conversions, or search rankings) may vary based on market conditions, competition, and other external factors.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes unless expressly stated in writing.
1.5 Intellectual Property
Any content, creatives, designs, or code developed by us remain our property until full payment is received.
Upon completion and full payment, ownership rights may be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
1.6 Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with a written notice of 10 days.
In case of early termination, the client is responsible for payment of completed work and any non-refundable expenses incurred.
2. Privacy Policy
2.1 Information We Collect
Personal and business details (name, email, phone, company name, etc.) shared during consultations, onboarding, or service delivery.
Data from advertising platforms, analytics tools, and websites for campaign optimization and reporting.

All access credentials provided by clients are treated with strict confidentiality.

3. Refund Policy
3.1 Service-Based Nature
As our services involve time, strategy, and resource allocation, payments made are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
3.2 Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only if:
- The service has not been initiated.
- A duplicate payment was made in error.
- We fail to deliver any service as per the agreed scope (subject to review).
3.3 Non-Refundable Services
Ads spend paid directly to platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) is non-refundable.
Completed work such as campaign setup, ad creatives, SEO audits, or website development stages are non-refundable.
3.4 Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method.
